For H220100 round cap version: The spring clip frame is made of 65Mn spring steel with electrophoretic anti rust finish, retaining ring adopts SUS304 stainless steel. PVC sealing cap is shore hardness 75±5, equipped with rubber gasket and O ring for leak proof sealing. It comes with standard 1-1/16"-12 UNC thread, perfectly compatible with North American garden hose fittings without extra adapters. No special tools are required for daily maintenance.

Fresh-water flow effectively washes out salt, sand, silt and alkali build-up from cooling passages. It helps prevent internal clogging and corrosion, extending the service life of inboard and outboard engines.
Round-cap and rectangular-cap versions fit most popular marine engine water inlets. The elastic rubber cap adapts to varied opening sizes, while the sturdy wire clip holds the unit firmly in place without leakage during flushing. Standard UNC thread fits common garden hoses in North America.
No engine disassembly or workshop equipment is needed. After each salt-water trip, simply clip the flusher onto the engine water inlet, connect a garden hose and run fresh-water flushing. Private boat owners can perform routine upkeep by themselves and cut service costs.
Electrophoretic-treated spring steel and stainless-steel parts resist marine corrosion. Rubber components feature good ageing resistance. Packaging detail: Each unit packed in PE bag; 10 sets per inner carton; 30 sets per export outer carton. Well-suited for wholesale and overseas stock, OEM private-label service is available.
